Are you brave enough for this journey?
A new school year is like a new journey, a path for brave travellers to explore, learn and grow. In this workshop, we help children mentally prepare for this exciting journey ahead!
The half-day programme will take children through the steps of becoming more aware of their own emotions, as well as strategies for reframing negative thoughts into empowering ones. The session will be led by our certified Art Therapist, Nicole.
